Description
About us At Visium, we enable enterprise executives to define their AI & Data strategy, execute large-scale transformations, and deploy AI across operations - ensuring their organizations become truly future-proof. Born as a spin-off from Visium, we’re now channeling this deep enterprise expertise into something new: a category-defining Agentic AI product purpose-built for pharma companies. Grounded in AI for highly regulated industries, our product is designed to operate where complexity, compliance, and trust are non-negotiable. Its ambition is clear: to help bring life-saving medications to market faster, cheaper, and safer, unlocking meaningful impact at scale. With strong roots in enterprise AI and a bold vision for the future, we’re assembling a team of builders, engineers, researchers, and product minds to shape a product that’s not only technically exceptional, but truly transformative. We’re on a mission to shape the future of work, creation, and knowledge. Ready to build the future of Agentic AI with us? Role We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who wants to help build the core of our Agentic AI Platform from the ground up. You will turn cutting-edge AI concepts into real, production-ready software that scientists and researchers use every day. Your work will span the full stack: from crafting elegant frontends that make complex AI systems feel simple, to designing scalable APIs and backend services that power autonomous agents. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers, product designers, and domain experts to create a platform that connects human expertise with intelligent automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will have real ownership. You will influence key architectural decisions, experiment with new agentic frameworks, and help define what “state-of-the-art” means in the context of trustworthy AI for Life Sciences. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care about building things that push boundaries, and want to shape the next generation of intelligent software, we would love to meet you. Your day-to-day could look like these: Design and build full-stack features that bring agentic workflows to life for scientists and researchers Implement orchestration layers, retrieval pipelines, and APIs for intelligent agents using Python and FastAPI Develop intuitive and performant frontends in React and TypeScript for configuring and monitoring AI agents Collaborate with ML engineers to connect LLMs, embeddings, and RAG systems into production environments Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation Contribute to architectural decisions, SDK design, and developer experience improvements Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance in production deployments Help shape the engineering culture and best practices as an early member of the platform team Requirements What We’re Looking For In order to apply, this should be part of your background: 6+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping full-stack products in collaborative environments Proficiency in Python, ReactJS, and TypeScript, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and testable code Experience with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI and cloud-native tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of database systems (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis) and how to design scalable, reliable data flows Familiarity with agentic frameworks or LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Agno Working knowledge of RAG systems, embeddings, and knowledge graph concepts Strong grasp of modern software engineering practices including version control, peer reviews, automated testing, and observability Ability to translate business or product requirements into elegant, pragmatic engineering solutions A collaborative mindset and the curiosity to explore new id
