These mission-enabling applications support workforce management, finance, acquisitions, security processing, training, recruitment, logistics, program management, executive decision-making, and other critical business functions across multiple secure environments.   We are seeking a  Lead Full Stack Software Developer  to join one of our Prime contracts supporting the Government’s Corporate Management Services (CMS) organization. In this role, you will serve as a senior technical contributor and development lead, helping design, modernize, secure and sustain the enterprise applications and platforms that keep the organization operating every day. Working alongside experts in software engineering, cloud computing, DeveSecOps, systems engineering, user experience, and enterprise platforms, you’ll have the opportunity to modernize legacy systems, automate business processes, integrate commercial technologies, and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the user experience. You will also serve as a key technical connection between the development team and the customer, helping shape requirements, communicate technical solutions and build customer alignment and buy-in for application enhancements.    Primary Responsibilities:    Lead a small, collaborative development team supporting the sustainment and continuous enhancement of a mission-critical Enterprise Support Services application that enables a key operation.   Serve as a senior technical point of contact between the development team and the customer, helping translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and solutions.   Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate technical approaches, refine requirements, and build alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.   Build intuitive, responsive web interfaces backed by robust data retrieval and storage capabilities.   Apply hands-on expertise with JavaScript, Angular 2+, and Angular 12 to deliver high-quality front-end features and meaningful application improvements.   Integrate backend services through RESTful APIs to support seamless data flow and reliable application functionality.   Leverage full-stack development skills across the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.   Translate complex business requirements into effective e
