We are hiring (UOP only) a Full‑stack Product Engineer to join a small, cross‑functional Agile team within the Learn 365 product. The role focuses on delivering customer value through close collaboration with product management and engineering peers, combining strong technical execution with a product‑oriented mindset. Learn 365 is a SaaS learning management system designed for enterprise customers as part of the Human Success Platform. The product is built on a Microsoft‑oriented technology stack and is evolving to incorporate AI‑driven features to stay competitive in the market. We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in .NET and TypeScript (3+ years) to join our AI team and help take our product capabilities to the next level. This role goes beyond traditional development—it involves: Driving the design and implementation of AI-powered features Collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging AI technologies Rapid prototyping and efficiently bringing innovations into production Actively contributing to the evolution toward agentic engineering practices You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team (3 engineers total+1 QA), where ownership, initiative, and innovation are essential.
