The Full Stack Engineer is a hands-on developer responsible for building and evolving features across Enhance Group's proprietary technology platform, Connect. The role is a lead builder on a significant new programme of platform development, working alongside the existing engineering team to extend Connect into new areas. The role is created to deliver this programme and continues afterwards as a permanent engineering capability supporting Connect's wider roadmap. The successful candidate works closely with the Head of Engineering, the existing engineering team, and Enhance's design partner. The Engineer translates designs and product requirements into well-tested, maintainable code across the full stack. The role combines independent feature delivery with collaboration on architecture and standards, working within the established conventions of a mature codebase rather than building in isolation.
