The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple external APIs, designing integration workflows, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. [Task and Deliverables] Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails to support integrations. Build and extend integration logic using TypeScript, ensuring reliability and scalability. Integrate the platform with third-party APIs and external systems. Collaborate with internal teams to define integration requirements and technical solutions. Improve existing integration architecture with a focus on maintainability, performance, and observability. Requirements [Required Experience] Strong experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments. Experience with TypeScript. Proven background building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous workflows. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams. Experience integrating identity services, especially using OAuth. [Nice to have] Hands-on experience with  Google APIs  (Calendar, Chat, etc.) and app integrations. Familiarity with  MCP (Model Context Protocol) . Prior experience building integrations for SaaS or productivity tools.
