What you’ll be doing: Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly web applications Writing clean, scalable, and testable code, and promoting best practices through code reviews and team standards Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies to boost performance and development efficiency Planning and implementing new features in close collaboration with the client and Project Manager Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability Factors that make you a great fit:  At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development Proficiency in Python/Node.js and React Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS Comfortable working with Django or FastAPI; Next.js or Remix; TypeScript; React, and its ecosystem Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools , including Git, CI/CD, monitoring, IaaC, Docker Strong communication and collaboration skills - you’ll have to be able to talk to clients directly  Solid understanding of the end-to-end development cycle, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills Self-driven and curious by nature – you're proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely passionate about technology Good command of English (min.
