In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the design, coding, and technical strategy that drives our projects forward. As a hands-on expert with a high level of seniority, you will also assist in supporting team members, enforcing the highest standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. Your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, combined with your strong communication and collaboration skills, will be essential in working with the client and other team members to define technical requirements and project timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES Work in fullstack development teams in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable websites and web applications. Be flexible to work on both front-end and back-end systems. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and timelines. Enforce coding standards and best practices. Support code reviews and ensure adherence to software quality standards. Be able to work with agile methodologies. Identify technical risks and provide innovative solutions. Optimize websites and web applications for performance, ensuring fast loading times and efficient resource utilization.
