ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for full stack engineers who are not just strong technically, but are actively exploring how AI is changing the way software is built. This is a role for builders — people who experiment, ship side projects, and are curious about what’s possible with AI and agentic systems. WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and ship full-stack applications across web and mobile Work across technologies including: React / JavaScript / TypeScript Backend APIs and services Mobile (iOS, Android, React Native) Design and implement AI-powered features , including: LLM integrations Intelligent workflows AI-assisted user experiences Build and experiment with agentic systems , where AI: Executes multi-step workflows Interacts with tools and APIs Supports both product features and internal development workflows Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your daily development workflow Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real client products WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Core Technical Skills Experience with at least 2 of the following : React JavaScript / TypeScript iOS Android React Native Strong understanding of: Full-stack application development APIs and system design Modern development workflows AI + Builder Mindset (Important) We’re specifically looking for engineers who: Have hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs Have built or experimented with: AI-powered features Side projects using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar Automation workflows or agent-like systems Are curious about: Prompt engineering AI-assisted development The future of agentic systems What Stands Out Side projects, hackathons, or independent builds Experience experimenting with AI beyond basic usage Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Strong communication and collaboration skills WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK HERE You’ll work on real client products , not internal-only systems You’ll be part of a high-performance, collaborative team You’ll operate in an environment where: AI is expected to be part of how you work Ownership is valued Strong performers grow quickly You’ll have access to tools like: Cursor Claude ChatGPT You’ll participate in: Demos Knowledge sharing Continuous learning and experimentation WHY THIS ROLE
