Your key responsibilities Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests. As a valued part of the Forte family, you will: Be the friendly, confident face behind our reception desk Offer our guests a warm, intuitive, and personalised greeting Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs Work closely with all departments to create a seamless and unique experience for our guests Provide training and support for the front desk team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and efficient  Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards Who are we looking for We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.
