Description
As part of our continued growth,  Neo Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our local partners , leveraging our network of 1,400 talented professionals across 10+ countries. We are on the lookout for  a Fraud Specialist  to join our  Antifraud Team. Responsibilities: Utilize advanced fraud detection tools and technologies to monitor and identify suspicious activities in real-time. Investigate and analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies related to fraudulent behavior. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest fraud techniques and emerging threats. Bonus abuse management across all products to action emerging trends. Simulate and describe algorithms for possible risky operations (individual or groups of operations). Work closely with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to share insights, collaborate on fraud-related issues, and implement effective cross-functional solutions. Provide training and awareness programs to employees on fraud prevention best practices. Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or suspected fraudulent activity. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on risk and fraud metrics, trends, and mitigation strategies to senior management. Investigate incidents related to financial risks. Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate the impact of incidents. Requirements Native Russian speaker, English - B1+. An education in economics. Work experience in the field of economics/analytics/statistics. Strong analytical skills, methodical and logical approach to your work, maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets. Ability to work in shifts (9-17, 17-01 GMT+3), shift may be on weekend. Self-motivation in identifying issues, research solutions and deliver effective change within the department. Ability to communicate with staff throughout the operation, including Senior Management.
