Job Responsibilities We’re looking for an FP&A Specialist who wants more than maintaining spreadsheets — someone who wants to improve systems, automate reporting, and turn financial data into clear business insight . Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting , reforecasting, and business planning Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions , not just insights Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI Improve FP&A processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automation Help establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments is a strong plus Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity Strong communicator — you can turn numbers into clear business narratives Builder mindset: you improve what exists instead of accepting the status quo
