Isn’t that beautiful?   Position Purpose The FP&A Manager will serve as a strategic finance business partner to at least four markets, supporting management decision-making through robust financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting. The role will also contribute to group-wide budgeting, forecasting, SAP S/4HANA implementation, data standardisation, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will combine strong financial analysis and commercial acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions, drive data quality, and communicate clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Market Support Act as the primary FP&A business partner for at least 4 markets on financial performance, supply-chain matters, working capital matters, and profitability improvement opportunities. Partner closely with Country Finance Leads, Supply Chain teams, and other key stakeholders to provide financial guidance and performance insights. Support markets in identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to deliver financial targets.   Monthly Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare and review monthly P&L analysis for the four markets, present variance analysis, revenue & cost drivers, risks, and opportunities to Head of FP&A and CFO. Prepare the monthly ELT deck which includes commercially relevant commentaries. Conduct monthly regional and local functional total overhead analysis, highlighting variances against budget and prior year. Prepare and distribute monthly brand profitability reports to Regional Brand General Managers, with clear analysis of profitability drivers and areas requiring attention.   Working Capital Analysis Analyse Group Accounts Receivable ageing, overdues, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) across all countries. Work with market finance and operational teams to develop and monitor action plans to improve working-capital performance.   Budgeting & Forecasting Coordinate the annual group-wide budget and forecast processes. Review and validate submissions from markets to ensure completeness and high data quality throughout the planning cycle.
