Hiring a full-stack/founding engineers to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features
THINGS YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —
- Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shops
- Build out product & payments processing infrastructure
- Launch analytics infra on Clickhouse/Kafka that support billions events/month
- Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Can be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco
- Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node
- Uses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work
- Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue
- Is OK operating independently without product/design
- Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo
- Has a product and customer-focused mindset
- Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good
- Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points
BONUS POINTS IF YOU

- Have started a company before
- Enjoy attending hackathons
- Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously
- Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode
- Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
