Design, configure, and implement tailored solutions that address customer needs. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements. Build prototypes, integrations, workflows, and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate product capabilities. Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities. Analyze customer data and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Drive successful project execution while balancing technical and business priorities. Provide technical training and guidance to customer teams when required. Travel and work onsite with customers as needed.
