About the role: A Forward-Deployed Creative is our version of the forward-deployed engineer: an elite short-form editor who sits with our clients. You take a fuzzy brief — “just make me something that pops” — and turn it into content they love, made inside HexCoded's tools and patched by hand where the product falls short. You own the relationship: you keep clients happy, you grow the account, and you're the one in the room when it's time to talk next steps. And every rough edge you hit becomes crisp feedback to our engineering team, so the product gets better every week. You are the loop between the client and the product.
