Job Requirements: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil, fit-out, and finishing works. Assign and monitor tasks for workers and subcontractors. Read and interpret construction drawings to ensure accurate execution. Coordinate with project engineers and MEP teams. Ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and project specifications. Supervise finishing works including gypsum, suspended ceilings, tiling, painting, doors, and interior fit-out. Prepare daily progress reports and monitor site productivity. Ensure timely completion of work in accordance with the project schedule.
