Field Ops - Mechanical Leader Context: Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance to HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast-track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil). The development consists in production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential. Responsibilities: Review and approve technical proposals for Mechanics activities related to FPSO, Subsea, and O&M contracts. Ensure reliability, availability, and maintainability of production sites within efficient costs. Control Operational and Capital Spares & Specific Tools management. Ensure fitness for purpose and integrity of facilities according to Total group and international standards. Work with the Affiliate Maintenance department to ensure consistency with affiliate’s policies and methods. Rhythm: RESIDENTIAL: 5 DAYS OF SERVICE PER WEEK Activities: Adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules & requirements, Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy. Ensure implementation of operation and maintenance strategy based on FO objectives. Manage technical expertise provided to sites in various maintenance disciplines to solve maintenance issues. Develop periodic reporting activities of the Discipline and follow them. Deliverables: Review CONTRACTOR maintenance management system and stock policy, share COMPANY reliability analysis, review Contract technical needs, participate in audits, and contribute to future strategies. Technical Requirements: Advanced Experience in Mechanics and management, oil production knowledge. Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity, and leadership. Very good knowledge of Mechanics Maintenance systems in offshore industry. Good knowledge of GS and CR group. Languages: English mandatory, French is a plus.
