We are hiring experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. Key Responsibilities ·        Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow ·        Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations ·        Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction ·        Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required ·        Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service ·        Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation ·        Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance ·        Assist in staff training and onboarding ·        Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements ·        Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs ·        Assist management in achieving operational and service goals ·        Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Attractive Salary ✔ Accommodation & Transportation Provided Job Location : Qatar ·        Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred ·        Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations ·        At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred ·        Good leadership and team coordination skills ·        Strong customer service and communication abilities ·        Experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred ·        Ability to work under pressure during busy service hours ·        Gulf experience preferred
