The role ASTONFLY is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to join its teaching team as a Flight Instructor, specifically to cover the following competencies: FI (Flight Instructor) and/or CRI (Class Rating Instructor) and/or IRI (Instrument Rating Instructor). You will contribute to the growth and success of the school, work as part of a team, and provide high-quality training to satisfy our clients. Based on your qualifications and ambition, Astonfly will support you in obtaining additional certifications (Night FI, FI-I, FE, CRI-I, IRI-I, CRE, IRE). Responsibilities Conduct flight missions including: practical flight instruction, flight exams Deliver theoretical lessons, simulator sessions, briefings/debriefings, develop educational materials, and update documentation as required Required Qualifications: Professional Pilot License (CPL) for airplanes Class rating on single-engine piston (SEP) and multi-engine piston (MEP) airplanes At least an experienced FI qualification, potentially CRI and/or IRI Instrument Rating (IR SE and IR ME) Operational English proficiency with a minimum FCL.055 Level 5 and/or English Level C1 Profesionnal Experience & Interpersonal Skills: Minimum 500 flight hours including 200 hours of instruction (mandatory), FI CPL (mandatory) Possession of FI Night qualification (mandatory) Ability to proactively contribute to a growing organization Responsible, autonomous, dynamic, and client-oriented Strong collaboration with different departments within the company
