We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Flight Dispatcher at Dublin Airport, working with one of Ireland’s leading Ground Services Providers. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of airport operations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for passengers. You’ll take pride in delivering outstanding service to our airline clients, safeguarding passenger belongings, and contributing to efficient flight operations. Every day will present new challenges, where your dedication will make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft, prioritizing the well-being of both passengers and staff. Prepare and sign accurate load sheets (manual or automated) for each departure. Coordinate with multiple departments, including flight crews, catering, cleaning, fuelling, loading teams, engineers, and other service providers, to ensure efficient operations. Compile comprehensive flight files post-departure, including all relevant documentation and information. Execute instructions from the Station Controller promptly and professionally. Maintain constant communication with Station Control to provide real-time updates on flight turnarounds, delays, and other critical information. Operate the airbridge safely during both aircraft arrivals and departures. Act as a key communication liaison during operational disruptions, coordinating with internal departments as necessary. Perform additional duties as assigned.
