Sound like you? Read on... The role We’re hiring for a FinOps Analyst to be embedded remotely across multiple UK startups and scaleups. You'll be involved in the day-to-day running of each partner, taking care of the accountancy fundamentals, whilst also iterating and improving processes through automation and technology. Here's what the role looks like:  Own finance operations : Oversee finance essentials including bookkeeping, (UK) payroll, month-end processes, VAT, and AP/AR, ensuring accuracy and compliance using Xero and other software.  Context switching : Balance working across different startups, projects, and changing priorities with accuracy, ensuring partner expectations are managed.  Optimise as you go : Identify and drive improvements in finance processes/controls and support with new tech implementations. Build strong connections : Collaborate closely with RORA's FinOps teams across the UK and India, plus your partners, to innovate and solve challenges collaboratively.  Your experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in finance and accounting Confident running finance processes independently (you MUST have strong knowledge across AP, AR and month end as a minimum) Familiar with UK accounting and tax regulations including VAT and payroll etc Experienced in using cloud software such as Xero (strongly preferred) Excellent level of English (verbal and written) Your setup You have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in India, whether at home or a co-working space. Your working environment should be quiet and free from distractions, plus strong and reliable internet in a must! Your working day will need to overlap with GMT standard working hours - we ask for at least 4 hours of your day to coincide with UK hours.
