About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization. Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations. Develop financial controls and risk management frameworks. Analyze profitability, departmental costs, and revenue performance. Support leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations. Manage banking relationships, vendor payments, and treasury functions. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Qualifications CA (Mandatory); MBA Finance preferred. 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts. Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred. Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, audits, and financial controls.
