Your Mission : We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our fast-growing Finance team.   Reporting to our Finance Team Lead (Reporting) you will be supporting the team on group and statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits and variance analysis, with a key focus on ensuring data accuracy and timely month‑end close.    Key Responsibilities  Oversee accounting and operational activities for a portfolio of group companies  Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting, maintaining compliance with local GAAP / IFRS and internal policies  Support and actively participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes  Perform variance analysis during the month-end close process  Build and monitor budgets and forecasts for assigned entities; analyze and explain variances and trends (actuals vs. comparative periods, forecast/budget)  Ensure compliance with tax filings and statutory reporting requirements  Provide financial insights and ad-hoc support to management  Prepare and deliver financial statements as requested  Provide support during internal and external audits.  Identify gaps, monitor, and continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, policies, and procedures  Requirements University degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent  5+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting/controlling with strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (audit experience is a plus)  Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail  Accountable and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results  Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and complex environment  Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset  Advanced Excel skills – mandatory  Good command of English (spoken and written)  Would be a plus  Experience in multinational environment.  Knowledge of Power Query and/or Power BI  Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business, Oracle) and financial consolidation/reporting tools such as OneStream  Benefits Private Medical Pension Meal Vouchers Sports Subscription Flexible benefits platform Nuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
