EquipmentShare is searching for a Financial Analyst for the corporate office in Columbia, Missouri (remote work is fine) to support the scaling of our OWN Program — an asset monetization program connecting equipment owners with EquipmentShare’s rental network. This role owns the analytical infrastructure behind OWN Program Participant payouts, equipment tracking, and revenue share forecasting, and is a key contributor to the program’s long-term scalability. Primary Responsibilities Own the end-to-end monthly payout process, including revenue share calculations, verification, and reporting for OWN Program Participants Support equipment sales tracking and onboarding into OWN Program Build and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast sensitivities to changes in equipment valuations, utilization, and interest rates Write and maintain SQL queries for data retrieval, reconciliation, and automation of recurring workflows Document and standardize payout workflows to support audit readiness and program scalability Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing processes; implement automations to reduce manual effort Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Legal, OWN Program Participants, and external bank partners to support program structuring and reporting Contribute to broader corporate finance deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc strategic analysis Why EquipmentShare?
