WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Finance Transformation Process & Technology Analyst , these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role: • Map end-to-end finance processes across key domains such as R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Treasury, reporting, controls, intercompany, reconciliations, and close management. • Document process steps, roles and responsibilities, systems, data flows, manual interventions, controls, approvals, handoffs, dependencies, and service levels. • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplications, rework, control gaps, fragmented ownership, local variations, and opportunities for simplification and standardization. • Design target-state finance processes, RACI models, control points, data flows, and operating-model principles for a scalable global finance function. • Translate finance pain points and business needs into clear requirements, functional specifications, user stories, solution hypotheses, and acceptance criteria. • Assess opportunities to improve finance outcomes through ERP optimization, workflow tools, process mining, RPA, reconciliation tools, analytics, data models, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled use cases. • Embed auditability, segregation of duties, regulatory expectations, data quality, operational resilience, and control requirements into process and solution design. • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, external partners, and local finance teams to drive adoption and value realization.
