We are looking for a motivated Finance Operations Intern to join our Finance team for a fulltime (40 hours per week) 6-month internship, beginning on September 1, 2026. You will work closely with the rest of our Finance & Accounting team across revenue operations, billing, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of finance activities. In this role, you will support key finance operations with a strong focus on revenue, billing, invoicing, customer support, process improvement, automation, and reporting. This internship is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, curious about finance operations, and interested in how digital tools and AI can improve business processes. Key Responsibilities Support invoicing and billing operations  - Assist the Revenue and Billing Analyst with the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval follow-up, and alignment with internal procedures. Provide customer support by email  - Support customer care activities by responding to customer requests and needs related to billing, invoicing, payment status, documentation, and other finance-related queries. Analyze invoice processing flows  - Review the invoice process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, delays, and recurring issues. Help document findings and propose practical improvement ideas. Implement AI-driven process improvement  – Work on an end-to-end process optimization supported by  AI to streamline invoicing, reduce manual work, improve response quality, and enhance the overall billing workflow under the guidance of the Finance team. Assist the Finance team  - Support the Finance team with ad-hoc analyses, reconciliations, reporting tasks, data checks, and other finance-related projects as needed.
