Finance Manager (US Tech / SaaS) About Our Client - Tech and data insights firm launched in 2026, operating as a subsidiary of a large US-based tech company with B2B/enterprise customers. - The company is backed by fresh investment and delivers advanced software solutions to optimize global supply chains. - Opportunity to join a well-funded, scaling global business at the beginning of its growth phase. The Mission - Lead the local finance architecture, taking ownership of all finance operations. - Oversee an immediate ERP/CRM migration from scratch while maintaining full visibility over day-to-day accounting operations. - Work directly with the Associate Director, ensuring a flat organizational structure with minimal bureaucracy. - Operate in a lean and agile environment, driving the department alongside one dedicated Accounts Executive and building your own operational workflows. Core Responsibilities - Hands-on Accounting: Personally execute daily accounting workflows, manage month-end closes, and ensure full compliance with MFRS. - System Migration: Act as the finance lead for ERP/CRM upgrades, including process mapping and workflow automation. - FP&A & Forecasting: Develop annual operating budgets, build long-term forecasts, and deliver variance analysis to global leadership. - Treasury & Cash Flow: Prepare monthly cash forecasting models and optimize working capital. - Taxation & Governance: Lead Malaysian tax compliance, coordinate corporate secretarial matters, and manage external year-end audits (including reviewing and preparing for external firms). - Team Supervision: Supervise and upskill your local Accounts Executive (small team with no immediate plans for expansion). About You - 8-12 years of experience with a strong willingness to handle daily operational accounting and FP&A tasks. - Background in SaaS/subscription industry, IT/tech, e-commerce, or digital media. - Experience with revenue recognition, ARR/MRR, milestone billing, and MFRS 15 deferred revenue. - Exposure to FP&A, including building budgeting frameworks and running predictive forecasting scenarios. - Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA status, or equivalent. Nice to have - Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce, Hubspot, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday. - ERP/CRM upgrades, System migration, process mapping Work Arrangement / Benefits - Location: Subang Jaya, On-Site (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), avoiding peak rush hours. - Fixed monthly allowances for mobile and transport. - Guaranteed 13th-month salary. - 13% EPF employer contribution. - Medical insurance coverage for spouse and children.
