Remote Recruitment is hiring a Finance Manager for our UK-based clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable and payroll Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and variance analyses Lead the annual budgeting process and support quarterly reforecasting cycles Manage and develop the finance team ensuring accuracy and deadline adherence Ensure full compliance with financial reporting standards, tax obligations and internal controls Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, investment decisions and cost management Requirements 5+ years of finance management or financial controller experience ACCA, CIMA, ACA or CA(SA) qualified accountant Strong knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP and VAT reporting requirements Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills What We Offer R32,000/month 100% remote, UK business hours Career growth and professional development Exposure to leading UK businesses and practices Remote Recruitment – connecting top South African talent with UK employers.
