Isn’t that beautiful?   Position Purpose Reporting to the Country Finance Lead, this role is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial reporting, planning, compliance, and operational finance activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining strong internal controls and statutory compliance.   The Finance Manager will act as a key business partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, while ensuring operational excellence across finance processes. The role also involves leading and developing the local finance team to achieve high performance standards and strengthen financial acumen across stakeholders. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis Provide financial report on timely manners and according to IFRS. Provide analysis of the financial statement. Ensure that all balances are supported and resolve any pending item as necessary. Budgeting & Forecasting Drive the budget and forecast cycle with the brands team. Keep track of the budget and forecast realization. Statutory Reporting Ensure that our statutory reports (Audit, Transfer Pricing, monthly and yearly tax report) are compliance and done in timely manner. Keep up to date on the changes in statutory regulation and to update the local team as well as regional and management on the regulation update. Internal Audit Ensure that all SOPs are implemented by all stakeholders. Drive improvement on operational control. Finance Operational & Treasury Ensure smooth operations on finance operational areas like AR/AP process. Manage working capital needs. Drive efficient and effective process related to finance related matters. Leadership Supervise the finance department KPI and performance. Lead the team to have a good level of understanding of financial topics.   Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (eg.
