Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller / Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our growing real estate business in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate finance, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance of real estate projects Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies Handle audits, tax filings, and financial risk management Collaborate with senior management for strategic financial planning Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Optimize financial processes and cost efficiencies Monitor the financial performance of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. Prepare project feasibility studies, financial models, investment analyses, and project cash flow forecasts. Track project costs, construction expenditures, development budgets, and project profitability. Support land acquisitions, project evaluations, and investment decision-making processes. Work closely with project development, construction, sales, and executive management teams. Manage relationships with banks, lenders, auditors, and external stakeholders. Support fundraising activities, project financing, and treasury management where required. Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management. Mandatory experience within a Real Estate Development company. Experience managing finances for residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. Strong understanding of project accounting, development budgets, project cash flow management, and feasibility analysis. Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, Zoho, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Experience working with project financing, banking relationships, and treasury management is highly preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory. Russian or Uzbek language skills will be considered a strong advantage. Experience working in Uzbekistan, Central Asia, or emerging markets is highly preferred.
