About the Role As the Finance Director, you will serve as the strategic pillar for Synapticure’s forward-looking financial runway. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will own enterprise-wide financial forecasting, corporate budgeting, and strategic modeling processes. This role requires a forward-thinking, highly strategic builder rather than a traditional financial reporter. You will act as a critical translator—synthesizing big, open-minded ideas from our growth team into robust financial frameworks, while integrating them seamlessly into our master model. You will work cross-functionally to evaluate new payer partnerships, care delivery models, and grant-funding streams.
