The Finance Associate supports the day ‑ to ‑ day Studio and Post ‑ Production coordination of billing and recordkeeping, processes for all projects. This role partners closely with Broadcast, Integrated Production, Post ‑ Production, and Producer Coordinators to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of invoices. The Finance Coordinator-Associate also assists in resolving billing discrepancies and providing financial support across production teams to maintain smooth project operations.   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES   Open and close jobs in Maconomy, create estimates, and prepare invoices in a timely manner.   Complete vendor setup paperwork as required.   Review OpCo reports and provide updated information when needed.   Reconcile jobs by adding PODs and all required documentation for audit reviews.   Create Open Job Reports for project review and distribute to Project Managers.   Review work ‑ in ‑ progress to support partial billings and manage accruals.   Provide support and collaborate with Production, Post ‑ Production Coordinators, and Video Production Managers on all finance ‑ related project matters.   Maintain accurate project and financial records within the shared Microsoft Teams environment.   Responding to emails in a timely manner   Additional responsibilities as required   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS   Proficiency in creating and editing in Microsoft Excel.   Familiarity with project management and financial management software (Maconomy preferred).   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.   Ability to work collaboratively with cross ‑ functional teams.   Strong verbal and written communication skills.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   Experience with project recordkeeping, including tracking, measuring, and reporting on revenue, costs, and project profitability.   1+ years of recordkeeping experience, preferably in a creative, production, or post ‑ production advertising environment.   Ability to meet the physical and mental requirements necessary to perf
