Position Overview We are seeking a master-level Field Supervisor who balances elite trade skills with exceptional leadership ability. In this role, you will be the "go-to" leader for on-site field operations, spending 75% of your time leading residential repair and remodeling projects in the field, and 25% of your time collaborating on operations, running team meetings, and mentoring our craftsmen. Key Responsibilities: Field Leadership & Execution (75%): Maintain 30 hours of billable time per week leading field projects, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring elite work quality. Team Development & Culture (25%): Dedicate 10 hours per week to operational leadership, including running weekly craftsman check-ins, helping plan monthly team meetings, and spearheading onboarding and technical training for new team members. Collaboration: Maintain strong, consistent, and proactive lines of communication with customers, subcontractors, the office support staff, and management. Advancement Advocacy: Monitor field performance and provide structured recommendations for internal craftsman advancements. Requirements Proven history of successful project leadership in residential repair and remodeling. Master-level knowledge of trade construction techniques, materials, and safety practices. Must possess your own comprehensive, professional collection of trade tools. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
