Summary As a Field Engineer Co-op at Acceldata, you’ll be working hands-on with complex distributed systems, helping real customers solve deep infrastructure and data observability challenges. You’ll get to: Shadow and contribute to field-engineering solutions and architecture reviews. Dive into diagnostics around performance, scalability, and deployment for large-scale data environments. Learn how we enable observability across Data, Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and Open Source components like spark, hive, kafka etc. Collaborate directly with the Field Architects to troubleshoot issues and propose improvements. Learn designing, developing and deploying reusable automation and AI frameworks to enable observability of various data ecosystems and platforms. Build context across Sales, Product, and Customer Success, understanding how real-world engineering meets customer expectations. This role is built for future Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, or Platform Engineers who want early exposure to enterprise-scale engineering problems.  If you’re excited by debugging distributed systems, working close to customer impact, and seeing how world-class engineering drives business outcomes, this Co-Op is built for you. This is a 4 month assignment, 40 hours per week, with required on-site presence at 151 Charles Street West, inside the Communitech Innovation Center.
