This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation for complex projects. Provide leadership and oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance. Assist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program. Manage punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and oversee start-up and commissioning activities. Collaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors. Qualifications Required: 3–5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems. Proven ability to manage workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and resolve field engineering challenges. Experience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities. Strong communication and leadership skills for managing client and trade partner relationships. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
