Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.   What You’ll Do   Craft and serve high-quality beverages, from espresso to smoothies to specialty drinks   Bring warm, professional service to every guest who walks in   Jump in with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments   Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly throughout the day   Handle guest questions with confidence and share your knowledge of our menu and spaces   Operate and care for coffee and drink equipment like a pro   Support events when needed, helping with setup and service   Work closely with your team to keep the entire operation flowing   What You’ll Have   You have experience as a barista or in beverage prep, or you’re eager to build those skills fast   You bring a guest-first mindset and a genuinely welcoming vibe   You have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people   You manage your time well and stay calm when things get lively   You speak English and Spanish at a conversational level   You bring curiosity to learn, improve and support your teammates   You’re comfortable jumping between tasks, from drinks to service to event support   What We Offer   The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
