SCHEDULE Wednesday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm JOB SUMMARY Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is  maintained  in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical,  carpentry  and HVAC certification.   CORE JOB DUTIES  Assists with building inspections, procuring bids, building operations, leasing and projects, as needed   Timely completion of work lists   Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule   Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing   Repair mechanical equipment as directed   Keep a log of maintenance performed   Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required   Have keys to every area, marked and organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys   Patrol building exterior for garbage   Maintain Landscaping vendor   Snow/salt or other ground work as required (maintain snow plow vendor)   Maintain HVAC contractor   Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors   Maintain an inventory list for janitorial, mechanical and electrical supplies   Move equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required   Errands as required, including picking up supplies at various vendors as required   Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed   Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed   Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem
