Job Summary: Primary Duties & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineer to support and improve the reliability, performance, and lifecycle management of production, R&D, and facility-related equipment at our Port Richey, FL manufacturing site. This role is responsible for driving equipment uptime, reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance programs, leading equipment installations and upgrades, and supporting manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
