The Facilities Capital team plays a key role in supporting a wide variety of projects from building renovations, office moves, electrical, civil and mechanical asset replacements and upgrades at over 113 electric and gas facilities around the province. The capital portfolio comprises approximately 300 projects per year at about 25M in capital spend. The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing facility projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position manages all aspects of project delivery – from initial design and permitting through construction and close-out – while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and standards. The Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to drive project success.
