Description
Meraki Group is seeking a skilled and dynamic Façade Project Engineer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of façade projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with design specifications. You will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality façade solutions while maintaining safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with design teams to develop and review technical drawings and shop drawings related to façade systems. Conduct site inspections and coordination meetings to ensure timely progress and resolve any site-related issues. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while identifying and mitigating potential risks. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the availability and delivery of materials. Prepare and submit progress reports and documentation to project management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during façade installation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in project engineering, particularly in façade design and installation. Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation techniques. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Benefits Why Join Us?
