Description
The Premium Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations across Co-op Live's premium hospitality spaces during live entertainment events. Reporting to the Senior Premium & Events Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring every premium guest receives an outstanding hospitality experience through operational excellence, strong leadership and exceptional service standards. Working closely with culinary, logistics and operational teams, the Premium Manager will lead and develop high-performing teams while driving commercial performance, maintaining compliance and continuously enhancing the premium guest experience.
