The Role As a Captain, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service team—leading by example, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering standout hospitality every single shift. What You’ll Do Supervise and lead the front-of-house service team during shifts Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service from start to finish Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service Manage table service, reservations, and guest flow efficiently Train, coach, and motivate team members Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an F&B Captain / Senior Waiter / Supervisor Strong leadership and people skills Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent communication and grooming standards Experience & Skills Education High School diploma or equivalent Vocational diploma or certification in Hospitality or a related field Qualifications Train the Trainer certification HACCP – Intermediate level Food Hygiene – Intermediate level WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) – Intermediate level preferred Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a comparable property Solid knowledge of cashiering procedures Hands-on experience with POS systems Technical & Computer Skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Language Skills Intermediate English communication skills (written and spoken) Why Join Us?
