You are a strategic, hands-on management consultant with analytical insight and the ability to translate complex issues into practical plans. We currently only look for expertise in: Business analysis and implementation (pre-SME’s). Change management (Boardroom and senior management). Working at a strategic level in various sectors/countries (Africa is a pre). Training and development (Boardroom and senior management). You are familiar with artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools. You are available to pa rticipate in remote advice projects . You have good command of English , French and/or Spanish (spoken and written). You are a natural advisor and sparring partner, enjoy coaching others and supporting teams in various contexts. You are passionate about knowledge development, continuously improving your own expertise, and sharing it with colleagues and clients. You are authentic, resilient, modest, and dynamic, and able to address cultural differences with equality and respect. The role Your application is for a place in our pool of experts within one of our programmes, not for a specific project. Once you've joined, you will be matched with up to three projects per year, either on location or remotely. Around one in three projects will be delivered as remote advice, though working solely on remote advisory projects is also possible. On location, you’ll spend two weeks on-site with the client. PUM covers your flight and visa, while the client takes care of your accommodation, meals, and local transportation. You will also receive an expense allowance. Eligibility and Requirements The expert role is a voluntary position. You can apply up to and including the calendar year in which you turn 69. PUM engages experts who reside in the Netherlands, are registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP), and have Dutch basic health insurance.
