Case Packaging: Prepare and package cases to be submitted to lenders. Pre-Underwriting: Conduct pre-underwriting assessments to ensure cases meet initial lending criteria. Application Processing: Oversee the application process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition through each stage. Client Updates: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process. Key Skills and Attributes: Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to handle client inquiries and concerns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements: Proven experience as a Case Manager within Second Charges. Familiarity with working in a regulatory compliance environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
