Your Role
Experience Designers create digitally enabled products and services, applying skills across interaction design, visual design, and service design to develop holistic experiences from early concepts to detailed solutions.
You will support teams on client-facing projects, pitches and internal initiatives. You will learn by doing, with guidance from experienced practitioners who will help you understand frog’s methodologies and deliver high-quality work in the context of interdisciplinary projects.
Project teams rely on Experience Designers to:
Create digital design artefacts including user flows, UI mock-ups, prototypes, journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem maps to communicate product behaviour, experience concepts, and complex systems, including products in the GenAI space.
Analyse and benchmark existing solutions, identify pain points and opportunity spaces, and conduct foundational research and usability testing to generate actionable insights and inform design directions.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define project requirements by balancing user needs, market opportunities, business goals, and technical feasibility, while creating high-quality digital product experiences.
Execute detailed design concepts using strong interaction and visual design principles, applying holistic critical thinking and contributing across disciplines and workstreams.
Support successful project delivery through persuasive presentations, clear documentation, and effective handover of outcomes to clients.
Your Profile
Business-level fluency in both English and German is required. Only in exceptional cases of candidate with outstanding skills, are we considering non-German speaking applicants, alongside a recently completed a university degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or a related design discipline (we also accept interns who are in the middle of a Masters degree)
Strong digital design skills with expert use of Figma, with knowledge of interaction patterns, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and product logic across mobile and desktop platforms alongside knowledge of Design System, how to use and them and contribute to it.
Experience using GenAI tools for design, prototyping, visual concept creation, storytelling materials, and ideally designing, prototyping, or building AI-native products such as voice-based, agentic, or hyper
