Description
About Flamingo Flamingo is an award-winning body, hair, and care brand delivering high-performance, thoughtfully designed products at an accessible price. Since launching in 2018, we’ve become the #3 player in women’s shave in the U.S. and expanded our assortment to offer products for every routine: razors, wax steps for face and body, shave gel, and body lotion. Our products and campaigns have been covered by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and InStyle, and we’ve won major beauty accolades from Allure  and Essence. With a mission to empower women, Flamingo is committed to partnering with nonprofit partners working to help women and girls build healthy relationships with their bodies and has helped connect over 200K people to quality mental health and wellbeing resources.  Flamingo is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,”  the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.  We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it. About the Role The Executive Business Partner will serve as a crucial partner to the executive leadership team for our Digital and Retail teams. You’ll support our Chief Digital Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and VP, DTC and independently manage everything from calendar and travel arrangements to running offsites and other special projects over time. This highly organized, endlessly resourceful person will ensure the team operates at its best and nothing falls through the cracks.  The EBP role is one that doesn’t always neatly fit within the 9-6 day, so we’re looking for a go-getter who’s eager to be flexible and available, even outside traditional working hours. Because the role (and our exec team) is so dynamic, this person must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, internally and externally. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to contribute to our company and build a trusted, long-term partnership with our leadership team.   What you will accomplish: Bring a strong foundation in executive support by reliably managing complex calendaring, travel coordination across the US and abroad, expense reporting, and meeting logistics — operating with precision and making confident judgment calls grounded in business priorities Anticipate needs and apply foresight to look around corners — flagging conflicts and risks early and surfacing issues before they become problems Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and all work is executed with accuracy and care Own the operating cadence of recurring leadership forums and All Hands — coordinating agendas, pre-reads, note-taking, and tracking action items — and take on defined projects and initiatives, tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables stay on track Lead logistics for offsite events & retreats — including retail store walks, day trips to our manufacturer, and team trips — coordinating group transport, vendors, venues, a
