What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming guests with friendly, positive energy Keeping an eye on the venue and stepping in when something needs attention Carrying out bag checks, screening, and ticket/accreditation checks Guiding crowds and helping people move safely through event spaces Managing gate and vehicle access with confidence Communicating clearly and calmly when situations need de‑escalation Making sure every event feels safe, smooth, and enjoyable Representing Red Badge Group with pride and professionalism What You’ll Bring A clean criminal record Experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or similar (bonus!) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays Eligibility to work in NZ and be 18+ A current NZ COA security licence, or be eligible to obtain one (we can help you apply and obtain one!)
