We are looking for a creative and well-organized Event Planner to join our Catering Division. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing catering events from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a high-quality client experience aligned with our brands. Key Responsibilities - Plan and manage catering events (corporate, private, and outdoor events). - Communicate with clients to understand event requirements, budget, and expectations. - Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and logistics teams for smooth execution. - Prepare event proposals, quotations, and timelines. - Supervise event setup, service flow, and breakdown. - Manage suppliers, rentals, and event materials. - Ensure brand presentation and service standards during events. - Handle on-site problem solving and client communication. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in event planning, preferably in F&B or catering. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events. Good negotiation and supplier management skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
