Event Executive Intern (3/6/12 months) About the Role We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events. The ideal candidate is someone who generates innovative ideas and is proactive in bringing concepts to life. Key Responsibilities - Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events such as concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events - Execute events from ideation to rollout, including social media posts, content creation, and activations - Create and publish engaging content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu - Assist in on-ground event execution, including setup, coordination, and crowd engagement - Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables - Manage timelines and ensure all tasks are followed through to completion - Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements What We’re Looking For - Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment - A doer mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute, not just ideate - Creativity and a good sense of current trends and social media content - Comfortable being hands-on, both online and on-site during events - Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools are a plus - Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points - Experience in content creation or managing social media pages - Passion for concerts, music, or live entertainment - Ability to multitask and adapt quickly during live event situations What You’ll Gain - Real experience in end-to-end event marketing and execution - Opportunity to turn your ideas into actual campaigns and events - Exposure to live event operations and valuable industry connections - Build a strong creative and execution portfolio Salary - Up to $1000 Work Location - Taiseng
