Path Construction is seeking a motivated Estimating Engineer to join our team in Arlington Heights, IL. We are a rapidly growing general contractor headquartered in Arlington Heights, with additional offices in Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of construction estimating experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. For more information, please visit www.pathcc.com Key Responsibilities: Support the estimating team and senior estimators throughout the bid process Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimates Prepare and manage bid packages Assist with subcontractor outreach and bid procurement Track and manage RFIs during the bidding phase Support cost analysis and bid comparisons Assist with scheduling and project planning efforts Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Contribute to accurate, competitive, and high-quality bids Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field 1+ years of construction estimating experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project Experience with On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 Annual Bonus Plan Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Company Cell Phone and Computer Professional Development and Certification Training Financial and Mental Health Support (third-party program) Travel and Entertainment Discount Program
